Engineering, meetings, proposals, contracts, technical documentation, and handoff operate in English unless a signed scope says otherwise. Thai copy may be included by agreement when the client provides or approves qualified review for meaning, typography, line breaking, dates, errors, messages, documents, and support.

Faith Forge Labs can find official sources, compare vendor material, identify questions, and implement an approved control. It is not acting as Thai or US legal counsel, tax adviser, accountant, payment institution, privacy officer, sanctions or export-control adviser, regulator, certification body, or other licensed professional.
Providers and payment routes must be real.
Hosting, payments, banks, identity, maps, messaging, analytics, AI, and other vendors may apply account, entity, service, country, currency, data, or end-use limits. The client owns its accounts and commercial decisions. Faith Forge Labs does not promise that a provider will approve or continue supporting a route.
Work may require screening or be declined.
Before accepting work, the studio may ask who owns and controls the client, who will use the result, its intended purpose, relevant technology and destinations, and which vendors, banks, and payment arrangements are involved. If legal delivery, authority, safety, ongoing support, specialist guidance, or dependable payment remains unclear, the scope can be reduced, paused, or rejected.

A working system does not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue, adoption, financing, licensing, tax treatment, regulator approval, provider access, translation certification, or entry into a market. Later business and search outcomes are measured separately from technical completion.
