Storyboard a project

Reference shelf

Read for the service moment you need to decide.

Official material is used as a dated starting point. The project still needs the exact parties, service, data, transaction, vendors, and launch date—and an accountable human who can determine applicability.

PERSONAL DATAPersonal Data Protection Committee

Start here when the service journey raises Thai PDPA, authority, notice, consent, rights, security, or related questions.

pdpc.or.th
ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONSElectronic Transactions Development Agency

Review official transaction-law resources when records, signatures, platforms, identity, or digital service behavior may be affected.

etda.or.th
PAYMENT OVERSIGHTBank of Thailand

Use as an institutional starting point for payment-system oversight; verify actual provider and bank eligibility separately.

bot.or.th
TAXRevenue Department

Consult official English-language material and current Thai guidance while a qualified adviser determines treatment for the real transaction.

rd.go.th

A shelf note should answer “what changes?”

QUESTION

Which service moment is being designed, and what exact privacy, payment, record, tax, security, or provider choice is unresolved?

CONTEXT

Who are the parties and users? What service, information, transaction, vendor, location, and date does the note address?

SOURCE

Record the responsible authority, page title, URL, language, review date, and relevant update information. Distinguish official material from vendor documentation and commentary.

REVIEWER

Faith Forge Labs assesses the technical effect. The client and qualified Thai or US advisers own legal, tax, accounting, payment, sanctions, export-control, and regulated-sector conclusions.

CONTROL

Connect the conclusion to an interface, field, notice, provider, permission, workflow, test, documentation item, or stop condition. Recheck consequential sources before release.

Research boundary: an AI summary or source URL is never automatic permission to publish, process data, accept a payment, or offer a regulated service.
