Thailand field cues

Observe the journey before localising the interface.

This is not a market forecast or promise of local expertise. It is a set of questions to verify with the actual audience, client, providers, qualified reviewers, and release date.

SCREEN

What happens on the phone?

Test the complete task on representative mobile devices and browsers, including slower connections, interrupted sessions, keyboards, uploads, and errors. A responsive screenshot is not a finished mobile journey.

LANGUAGE

Who owns Thai readability?

Thai content needs a qualified human reviewer. Check typography, font support, line breaking, truncation, labels, search, notifications, generated documents, and customer support—not just translation accuracy.

TIME

Which date and calendar convention applies?

Confirm whether the audience expects Buddhist Era or Gregorian display, how dates are entered and stored, which timezone controls deadlines, and how ambiguity is avoided in messages and exports.

MONEY

Where does THB appear?

Separate audience display, quotation, contract, provider charge, settlement, refund, and reporting. Local tax and electronic-service questions must be confirmed for the real parties and service.

DATA

Which service moment creates a privacy decision?

Map notices, consent where applicable, sensitive information, vendors, cross-border access, retention, rights, security, DPO questions, and incidents against the actual flow.

RELAY

Who responds while the other team sleeps?

Thailand is eleven or twelve hours ahead of Georgia. Confirm actual seasonal differences and define asynchronous review, urgent escalation, release, and support owners.

Turn cues into acceptance checks.

A cue belongs in the technical scope only when it changes the design, content responsibility, provider choice, workflow, or test. If Thai content is required, name the reviewer and surfaces. If a date affects eligibility or a booking, test the stored value and visible format. If a provider is essential, verify the client’s account and a fallback.

Local conclusions remain external: Faith Forge Labs can research and implement agreed controls, but the client and qualified advisers must confirm legal, tax, payment, privacy, language, employment, procurement, or regulated-industry requirements.
